At Sparks Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
